Enhancement Resources Limited is an
approved centre
for the delivery and assessment of courses from the
Institute of Leadership and Management.
To obtain the ILM qualifications, candidates have to attend a
series of workshops and undergo workplace assessment by producing
a portfolio of evidence from work based activity.
These qualifications are a recognition of the candidates workplace
competence and are very effective from both the candidates and
employers viewpoint.

Reflective learning and personal development are essential features of the programme, to be achieved through completion of the Personal Development Record. |
